This piece drummer was sculpted out of white stoneware clay and fired once. It was then hand finished with multiple glazes and washes to bring out the character and texture of the piece. Then it was retired.
To finish off this piece it has been mounted 8-ply archival mat and framed to a depth of 3”behind museum acrylic glass to minimize glare and reveal all the dimension and and texture of the sculpture.
It is 19”x19”x3” and ready to wire hang.
